Description:
A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 5–6 years of experience in high-level transactional work. This partnership-track opportunity involves executing mergers and acquisitions from start to finish, drafting complex transactional documents, managing deal teams, and collaborating directly with sophisticated clients across multiple industries. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, and be admitted to the relevant state bar.

Salary & Benefits:
Expected annual salary range is $365,000–$390,000. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
