Corporate Transactions Associate

A top-tier Am Law 100 global law firm is seeking a motivated mid-level Corporate Transactions Associate to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice. This role is open in multiple U.S. locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex M&A, leveraged buyouts, corporate governance, and commercial transactions

• Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors throughout deal processes

• Work in a collegial, team-focused environment across diverse industry sectors

• ESOP M&A experience or interest is a plus

Candidate Profile:

• 4 to 6 years of experience at a law firm specializing in M&A and corporate finance

• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities efficiently

• Proven team player with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range (approximately $225,000 to $280,000, depending on experience and location)
