The People Of: Digital is seeking a complete CRM Manager with end-to-end experience and ideally Klaviyo experience. This opportunity offers a high degree of flexibility and asks for one day a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments, leveraging insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize Klaviyo system to its full potential, harnessing its capabilities to deliver targeted and impactful communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives and alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights, continuously refining strategies to drive long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization within the CRM landscape.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the direct-to-consumer or e-commerce space.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, adept at interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of fostering cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared objectives.
  • Passion for the wellness and beauty industry, with a genuine interest in understanding and catering to the needs of our diverse customer base.
