Your Role as an Ecommerce CRO Manager:
As Ecommerce CRO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping online retail success. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Mastery: Crafting comprehensive CRO strategies to optimize conversion rates and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Collaborative Innovation: Partnering with the wider team to implement CRO strategies across our portfolio of brands.
Roadmap Architect: Planning and executing a dynamic multi-website testing and personalization roadmap.
Opportunity Hunter: Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to boost conversions, thereby contributing to rapid growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
CRO Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, utilizing relevant personalization tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate, Dynamic Yield, and more.
Ecommerce Prowess: Proficiency in key elements influencing conversions, including customer journey management, website personalization, online merchandising, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, competitor benchmarking, and more.
Project Management Wizardry: Proven ability to strategize, execute, and deliver optimization projects that achieve tangible results.
Analytical Excellence: Advanced analytical capabilities, and familiarity with analytics packages like Google Analytics, to derive insights and drive data-informed decisions.
