Finance Associate – Texas (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio)

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Finance Associate (4–5 years PQE) to join its growing finance practice in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with fund finance and/or leveraged finance experience who is eager to work on sophisticated transactions for leading domestic and international clients. The successful candidate will have continuous large law firm experience, strong drafting skills, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

About the Role
As a Finance Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in a broad range of fund financing, leveraged finance, and related transactions, advising both sponsors and lenders. You will play a central role in drafting, negotiating, and executing complex finance documents, while working closely with partners, clients, and colleagues across offices.

Who You Are

• 4–5 years of relevant finance experience at a top-tier national/international law firm

• Strong knowledge of fund finance and leveraged finance transactions

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Team-oriented with the ability to manage deal flow efficiently

• Strong academic background and admitted (or eligible) to practice in Texas

Compensation & Benefits
💲 Salary: Expected range $250,000 – $310,000 (dependent on experience and office location)
