The People Of: Agency are partnering with an independent digital marketing agency based in Hull to bolster their performance marketing offering. This role will be a leading position in the agency and oversee a team of 6-8 performance marketing account managers as well as a varied portfolio of prestigious clients.

What are we looking for?

Simply put, I’m looking to speak to capable performance marketers. Individuals that know PPC or SEO or both at a high level who can lead, manage and mentor a team. You’ll oversee a varied portfolio of accounts with account managers handling a handful each. Your role will be to oversee them all and jump in with any difficult situations when needed as well as lead them to provide the best overall service. This role is mainly strategic but with oversight and occasionally getting stuck in. For this reason, we need someone with gravitas and strong stakeholder management skills – able to resolve difficult situations amicably. You’ll be a good operator, commercial, great comms skills, organised, a decent leader and a people person.
