Description:
A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its Insurance Practice Group in select major offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling corporate transactions and insurance regulatory matters, including representing insurers, reinsurers, and related entities in restructurings, M&A, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should be skilled in complex due diligence, sophisticated drafting, and multi-project management, with strong academic credentials and excellent communication abilities. JD from an ABA-approved law school and active bar membership required. This is a collaborative, client-facing role with exposure to high-profile transactions in a supportive team environment.

Salary & Benefits:
$260,000 – $350,000, depending on experience, office, and internal pay equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life/disability insurance, adoption assistance, and backup care for dependents.
