Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP transactional work

  • Ability to manage day-to-day prosecution dockets and file with the USPTO

  • Skilled in trademark clearance searches and IP opinion drafting

  • Experience with drafting and negotiating software and IP-related agreements is a plus

  • Exposure to IP due diligence in corporate transactions is beneficial

  • USPTO registration or eligibility for the patent bar strongly preferred

  • Excellent academic credentials, practical judgment, and communication skills required

  • Must be admitted to practice in Florida

  • Communicate directly with clients and collaborate across legal teams
