IP Litigation Attorney
A top-tier law firm is seeking talented attorneys from law school class years 2018 – 2021 to join its growing Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-stakes IP and patent litigation matters alongside a dynamic team of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patent litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Participate in PTAB disputes and appellate matters
- Work closely with a diverse range of clients, particularly in the tech and engineering sectors
- Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, and lead discovery efforts
Ideal Candidate:
- Top law school credentials and strong IP/patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a similar technical field (highly preferred)
- CAFC clerkship experience is a plus
- Experience with PTAB disputes is also a bonus
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual compensation range of $260,000 – $390,000, based on experience and qualifications
