Work Format: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office

A respected litigation practice is seeking a litigation associate with at least two years of experience to join its team in Wilmington. This role offers the opportunity to work across various practice areas and develop a broad litigation skill set in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Appear in court and participate in oral advocacy

• Support attorneys across different practice groups within the firm

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of litigation experience

• Superior legal writing and communication skills

• Strong analytical and research capabilities

• Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar
