A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Associate to join its Insurance and Catastrophic Loss Litigation team in Los Angeles. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to gain hands-on experience with complex, high-stakes litigation matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a broad range of litigation matters, including insurance coverage and first-party property disputes.

• Drafting motions, conducting legal research, and preparing case strategy.

• Assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

• Working closely with senior attorneys while interacting directly with clients.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of complex litigation experience (insurance coverage experience is a plus).

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to obtain); additional bar admissions are a plus.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $210,000 – $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
