Salary Range: $225,000 – $260,000 (based on class year)

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across various industries

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Manage case strategy, client relationships, and courtroom advocacy

• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-stakes cases

• Participate in firm development and client initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of complex commercial litigation experience

• Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• Licensed to practice in Texas

• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
