Salary Range: $225,000 – $390,000

A top-tier international law firm is seeking a talented litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Los Angeles office. This is a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with a strong foundation in complex commercial litigation, white-collar investigations, or general disputes to work with a nationally recognized team known for excellence, collaboration, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and white-collar matters across a range of industries

• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

• Represent clients in federal and state courts as well as in regulatory investigations

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant litigation experience

• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Judicial clerkship experience preferred

• Must be admitted to the California Bar
