A top-tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (4–6 years PQE) with strong M&A and corporate finance experience to join its Atlanta office. This is a partnership-track role offering early client exposure, hands-on deal work, and a clear path for progression.

About the Team
Join a nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice advising on complex transactions, with a focus on private equity and private target M&A. The team is known for its collaborative culture, high client engagement, and industry-leading work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex M&A projects and deal timelines

  • Draft equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation

  • Conduct legal due diligence and summarize findings

  • Coordinate with clients, investment bankers, advisors, and junior resources

  • Provide strategic advice across corporate transactions

Who You Are

  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate/M&A practice

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written, oral, and analytical skills

  • Comfortable interacting with clients and cross-functional teams

  • JD from a top-tier law school; admitted to practice in Georgia
