A top-tier global law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join its prestigious Life Sciences Patent Counselling and Prosecution Group. This is a unique and confidential opportunity for an individual with strong experience in patent prosecution, particularly within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in patent prosecution within life sciences
• Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• Registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
• Strong background in scientific research, particularly within life sciences or pharmaceuticals
• Previous experience in a law firm setting is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Additional Information:

• Location: Philadelphia
• Full-time position with a flexible hybrid work environment (in-office presence required at least 50% of the time)
