A leading U.S. law firm with a growing regional presence is seeking a senior transactional patent attorney to join its Intellectual Property Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical, computer science, or graduate-level biosciences, a proven ability to work independently, and a portable book of business of $500K+.

The Role

  • Lead preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications

  • Advise clients on strategic IP matters across electrical, computer science, or bioscience fields

  • Manage client relationships and expand your practice through business development

About You

  • JD or equivalent technical degree in electrical, computer science, or biosciences

  • 6+ years of patent prosecution experience

  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

  • Portable book of business of $500K+ preferred

  • Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdictions
