A full-service law firm with a long-standing presence in Florida is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Partner to join its IP practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney with a strong background in patent and trademark litigation and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of patent and trademark litigation experience in a law firm setting

• Admission to the U.S. Patent Bar preferred

• Engineering or computer science degree, or substantial experience litigating patents in technical fields

• Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and case management skills

• Florida Bar membership (or willingness to gain admission)

• Some portable business is required

• Candidates looking to relocate to Florida will be considered
