An Am Law 200 firm with a strong national reputation is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property Transactions Associate to join its thriving IP practice. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least three years of experience in patent acquisition and licensing, who are eager to work on high-level transactional matters with sophisticated clients across a range of industries.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
