Performance Marketing Manager

The People Of: Digital is recruiting a unique performance marketing manager opportunity! This one is different than most and brilliant for a few good reasons:

  • It’s to join a super small close-knit team of just 8 in the company! A truly lovely team and a real family-feel kind of vibe!
  • Flexibility – Office just off Hyde Park but this role allows lots of home working. Expect a day or 2 in the office (per week).
  • It’s to In-house Performance Marketing. Bringing agency spend in-house. Ideally, you’ll know how to manage this process!

Pyjamas & Swimwear!

That’s our client and they are real good bunch of people! They design & manufacture their own range of nightwear & swimwear and trade both Direct to Consumer and via retail partners such as John Lewis. They’re performing great experiencing steady growth year on year as they increase their range of products as well as their reach to customers via more retail partners and better online presence.

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client’s team and take charge of their Paid Social (Meta & TikTok) and PPC initiatives. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and drive growth and is not limited to just PPC & Paid Social.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Paid Social and PPC strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in managing Paid Social and PPC campaigns, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
