Your Role in the Spotlight: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind all digital marketing endeavors, responsible for:

  • Developing and steering digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns that captivate like a compelling novel.
  • Navigating budgets and campaigns across all digital avenues to ensure ROI that’s music to our ears.
  • Implementing A/B testing like a seasoned scientist, fine-tuning campaigns for optimal impact.
  • Ensuring the smooth sailing of key traffic KPIs through paid channels, like a skilled captain on uncharted waters.
  • Exploring new marketing channels like a trailblazer, always seeking to exceed critical metrics.
  • Collaborating closely with management to share insights, ideas for enhancing funnel conversion, and presenting results.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the performance marketing world.

What experience do I need?:

  • Experience in the retail fashion/ecommerce realm, understanding the runway isn’t just for models.
  • A proven track record in a similar role, constructing effective multi-channel marketing strategies that encompass affiliate marketing, PPC, display, social media, and more.
  • A knack for campaign and channel analysis and reporting, with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, harnessing data and consumer behavior trends to derive actionable insights and recommendations
