This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and development projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions

  • Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures

  • Large law firm experience preferred

  • Superior academic credentials with excellent drafting and negotiation skills

  • Ability to assume significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with a strong client-service mindset
