A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate with at least three years of experience representing lenders in commercial real estate debt financing transactions. This role offers exposure to high-profile financing deals and complex commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise lenders on commercial real estate debt financing transactions

Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related financing documents

Provide strategic guidance on real estate finance matters to clients

Collaborate with partners, associates, and other professionals on complex transactions
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience representing lenders in commercial real estate finance

Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $260,000 – $420,000+, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors
