A leading global law firm is seeking an Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its Real Estate Finance & Funds practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing team representing established and emerging fund sponsors in the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the structuring and formation of private funds and other investment platforms

• Support fund sponsors through all stages of fundraising and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated fund documentation and negotiations

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience with private funds, real estate funds, or investment vehicles

• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
