Senior CRM Executive

The People Of: Digital is recruiting a Senior CRM executive for a leisure & lifestyle brand with head office based in Huddersfield. The opportunity benefits from a high degree of flexibility including 2 days in the office and 3 working remotely.

As a Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey automations and will work closely with the CRM Manager to develop and execute personalised and impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer journey automations, including welcome, usage, retention, and winback campaigns.
  • Utilize all available channels (email, SMS, app, etc.) to maximize the impact of campaigns.
  • Utilize data and segmentation strategies to personalize and make journeys more relevant to customers.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to map out and build new customer journeys based on insights and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive A/B testing and optimization plans to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Report back on the performance of campaigns and provide insights and learnings to the Marketing team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM or related roles, preferably within the e-commerce or subscription-based industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey automation and segmentation strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
